Abstract

Background: Objectives: To compare the diagnostic performance of high-resolution ultrasound (USG) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in detecting rotator cuff and long head of biceps tendon pathologies, and to determine if ultrasound can serve as a first-line imaging modality. Design: Cross-sectional prospective diagnostic accuracy study.
