Abstract

Background: Prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the most common malignancies in men and the fifth leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. In 2022, over 1.4 million new cases and 0.4 million deaths were reported globally, with Asia accounting for 26.3% of cases and 30.3% of deaths. Gleason grading remains the standard histopathological prognostic system, while prostate specific antigen (PSA) is the most useful diagnostic tumor marker
