Abstract
Freedom of expression is not only foundation to democratic government governance. The
democratic process relies on this freedom to work properly. Expressing oneself freely is
considered the fundamental state of autonomy. Because of its prominent rank among the
freedoms, safeguarding and supporting every other rank. It must be sometimes referred to
as the foundation for all other freedoms.
