Abstract
Background: Minimally invasive surgery (MIS) has revolutionized gynecological practice by
offering safer alternatives to conventional open procedures. Its advantages include reduced
postoperative pain, shorter hospital stay, and quicker recovery. However, data from tertiary care
settings in North India remain limited.
