Qbd Based Formulation Development of Sustained Release Dosage form - Belzutifan 80mg

Abstract
The present study aimed to develop and optimize a sustained-release tablet formulation of
belzutifan 80 mg using Quality by Design (QbD) principles to achieve controlled drug release over
an extended period, thereby improving therapeutic efficacy and patient compliance.
Comprehensive preformulation studies confirmed belzutifan as a BCS Class II drug with pH
dependent solubility and compatibility with selected excipients
