Optimising the Reliability of a Multilayer Production Line

Abstract
Reliability plays an essential role in industry by ensuring the stability and constancy of production processes. It guarantees equipment performance, product compliance with quality standards, reduced breakdowns and downtime, and contributes to customer satisfaction and company competitiveness. Our work involves assessing the reliability of a specific production line. Using statistical analysis methods and probabilistic modelling, we identify the main causes of failures and propose improvements to increase the overall reliability of the production line, as well as practical recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and ensure the company's competitiveness.
