Morphological Analysis of Foramen Magnum Variations in Archived Skeletal Specimens of the Indian Population

Abstract
Background: The foramen magnum is a crucial opening at the skull base transmitting vital neurovascular structures between the cranial cavity and vertebral canal. Variations in its morphology and dimensions are important in clinical anatomy, forensic anthropology, and craniovertebral junction pathology.
