Abstract

Afebrile seizures are seizures occurring without fever or acute symptomatic triggers, represent a significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenge in pediatric neurology. Identifying structural abnormalities using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is crucial for understanding the etiology and guiding management. However, the correlation between MRI findings and clinical seizure characteristics remains underexplored.
