Abstract

Introduction: Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) is a prevalent clinical issue among premenopausal women, characterized by a range of etiological factors from inflammatory and benign to malignant lesions affecting the endometrium. Microscopic examination of the endometrium plays a crucial role in identifying these diverse pathologies in cases of AUB.
