Abstract

Gender justice lies at the heart of democratic constitutionalism, demanding not only equality before the law but also transformation of societal structures that perpetuate discrimination. Viewing the Constitution through feminist lenses provides a critical framework to understand and address gender-based inequalities embedded in legal, political, and cultural systems.
