Formulation and Physicochemical Analysis of Carbon Nanoparticles Synthesized from Methanolic Extract of Piper nigrum L. and Their Antimicrobial Efficacy

Abstract
Piper nigrum, a significant medicinal herb, belongs to the Piperaceae family. Known as "The King of spices". among other spices, it is one of the most often used spices. South America, Indonesia, and India are among the tropical regions where black pepper is grown. Kali Mirch in Urdu and Hindi, Pippali in Sanskrit, Milagu in Tamil, and peppercorn, green pepper, black pepper, and Madagascar pepper in English are some of the common names for Piper nigrum. The aqueous decoction of black pepper had the greatest bactericidal action at a concentration of 10μL/disc, comparable to the aqueous decoction of Laurus nobilis and Pimpinella anisum
[12].It presents a careful assessment of the extremely vast topic of environmental nanoparticles. And Biomedical applications such as tissue engineering, cancer treatment, biosensors, biomedical imaging, and therapeutic delivery all make extensive use of carbon nanotubes, a novel class of materials.There are two types of carbon nanotubes: single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). Since CNTs are non-conductive across the tube and thermally conductive along its length, they are special in one way.
