Abstract
Background: Scaphoid fractures are among the most common carpal bone injuries and are associated
with a significant risk of delayed union, non-union, and long-term functional impairment due to their
unique vascular anatomy and frequent diagnostic challenges. Early and appropriate management is
essential to ensure optimal outcomes.
