EVALUATION OF ANTIGEN–ANTIBODY INTERACTIONS USING ELISA BASED METHODS IN A TERTIARY CARE HOSPITAL IN NORTH INDIA: A CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY

Abstract
Background: Antigen–antibody interactions are fundamental to immunodiagnostics, with enzyme
linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) being widely used for their detection. Despite its established
utility, there is limited data evaluating ELISA performance in routine clinical settings in North India.
Objectives: To evaluate antigen–antibody interactions using ELISA-based methods and assess assay
performance in a tertiary care hospital setting.
