Abstract

Background: Palpable head and neck lesions are a frequent clinical presentation with diverse etiologies ranging from inflammatory to malignant conditions. Early and accurate diagnosis is essential for appropriate management. Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) is widely used as a first-line diagnostic tool due to its simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and minimally invasive nature.
