Cytomorphological Patterns of Cervical Lymphadenopathy on Fine-Needle Aspiration Cytology: A Cross-Sectional Observational Study

Abstract
Background: Cervical lymphadenopathy is a common clinical finding with causes ranging from self
limiting inflammation to tuberculosis, lymphoma, and metastatic malignancy. Fine-needle aspiration
cytology provides rapid morphological assessment and supports early clinical decision-making.
