Composite Hemangioendothelioma: A Rare Vascular Tumor with Heterogeneous Morphology - A Case Series

Abstract
Composite hemangioendothelioma (CHE) is a recently described vascular neoplasm of
intermediate malignant potential, characterized by an admixture of benign, low-grade
malignant, and malignant vascular components that merge imperceptibly. We present three
cases demonstrating the clinicopathological spectrum of this rare entity. The first case describes
a 38-year-old man presenting with a palpable cutaneous mass on the dorsum of the 4th digit of
the right hand for one month, representing an aggressive clinical course.
