Abstract
Background: Bronchial asthma is one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases in
children and represents a major cause of morbidity worldwide. Its clinical presentation is
variable and influenced by multiple environmental and genetic factors. Data on clinical profile
and risk factors in West Bengal pediatric populations remain limited.
