Abstract

Ochronosis is a rare cutaneous disorder characterized by the deposition of ochre-coloured pigment in connective tissues, resulting from either endogenous accumulation of homogentisic acid in alkaptonuria or exogenous exposure to phenolic compounds. We present three cases demonstrating the clinical and histopathological spectrum of ochronosis
