Abstract

Background: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a progressive respiratory disorder characterized by persistent airflow limitation and chronic inflammation. Systemic inflammation plays a crucial role in disease progression, and biomarkers like C-Reactive Protein (CRP) are considered valuable indicators. This study evaluates the CRP levels in stable COPD patients to determine its potential role in disease severity assessment and management.
