A Study on Constitutional History- Evolution, Theories, and Transformations

Abstract
This research article traces the historical development of constitutionalism from ancient polity
experiments to modern written constitutions. It maps theoretical currents, social contract,
constitutionalism, parliamentary sovereignty, judicial review and situates major constitutional
moments in comparative perspective: Magna Carta and English constitutional evolution, the
American Federal Constitution, the French Revolution
