Maternal and Fetal Outcome among Women with HCV: Comparative Study

Abstract
Background:Hepatology and midwifery nurses play a pivotal role in developing clinical and communication pathways between Hepatology and obstetric services. In addition to obstetric care antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal. The aimof this study was to: compare maternal and fetal outcome among pregnant women with hepatitis c virus infection and women without hepatitis c virus infection. Research design: A comparative research design “control group vs study group” was used to conduct the study from January 2021 to the end of July 2021. The study was carried out in obstetric department, labor ward in Maternity hospital at Mansoura University Hospital and New General Mansoura Hospital. A purposive sample composed of study “50 women” and control groups “50 women”.
