Abstract

Obesity is a complicated disease characterized by an immoderate amount of fat in the human body. Obesity is not alone a point of concern in the cosmetic sector, and it also affects health problems. The different factor involves in obesity such as genetic factors, environmental factors, energy balance dysregulation, and metabolic factor. It can be determined by BMI and BAI value and can be controlled by different methods like drugs and natural compounds. This paper recently reviews the FDA-approved drugs for obesity like Semaglutide, bupropion naltrexone, liraglutide, lorcaserin, orlistat, and phentermine-topiramate. The natural compounds Salvia officinalis (Lamiaceae), Vitisvinifera (Vitaceae), Arachishypogaea (Fabaceae), and Panaxjaponicus (Araliaceae). Using the In-silico tools like Molinspirationcheminformatics and SwissADME, the significant results for Lawsone include drug likeliness, good bioavailability, absorption and distribution, and a notable bioactivity score indicating Lawsone acts more on nuclear receptor ligand. The molecular docking software program has shown that proteins like GLP1 and HMG Co-A have better binding scores with the test drug. Therefore, from the obtained results, the compound Lawsone can be evaluated using in-vivo studies to check the Antiobesity effect by using an obese zebrafish model. Parameters To Be assessed such as Measurement of BMI, Measurement of blood glucose, Estimation of tissue cholesterol, Estimation of triglycerides, Estimation of HMG-COA Reductase, Assay of AST, Assay of ALT
