Dynamic Governance in the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk at Luwu Timur Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Dynamic Governance in the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of P T . Vale Indonesia Tbk East Luwu Regency and the factors that support and hinder Dynamic Governance in the Corporate Social Responsibility P rogram of Pt. Vale Indonesia Tbk East Luwu Regency. The research location focuses on the beneficiary areas of PT Vale's CSR program (East Luwu). This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews and literature study. Th e results showed that the implementation of PT Vale's CSR program in East Luwu was viewed from the aspect of capacity, namely: human resources implementing empowerment, funding, as well as infrastructure and culture, but not yet maximally touching the targ ets of beneficiaries of PT Vale's educational empowerment. Supporting factors in the education empowerment program at PT Vale in East Luwu are: (1) supportive regulations and (2) adequate funding. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in dynamic governance in PT Vale's educational empowerment in East Luwu Regency are: (1) Stakeholder understanding, and (2) Insufficient Capacity of Program Recipients to Organize Sustainable Program Implementation Standards. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in dynamic governance in empowering PT Vale's education in East Luwu Regency are: (1) Understanding of stakeholders, and (2) Inadequate Capacity of Program Recipients to Organize Program Implementation Standards in a Sustainable Manner
