Abstract

In this article, the basics of scientific-methodical management of the school, objective evaluation of the activity, coordination of the division of tasks with the school regulations and its internal procedures, the continuous development of the professional competence and leadership qualities of the school leaders, the design of a complex pedagogical system with an innovative structure and the issues of improving its content and applying strategic and systematic approach technologies to the processes of increasing the effectiveness of management activities are highlighted.
